SELF PAY (New options coming soon):

No insurance, no worries.  We have affordable self pay options. Superbills can be provided at the patient’s request.

  • New Patient (includes exam and spinal adjustment): $120

  • Chiropractic Adjustment: $50

  • CHUSA memberships are $49/yr (from the date of signup) and includes the entire family

Dear Valued Patient,

You deserve an incredible chiropractic experience and we have been committed to providing the highest level of care. To uphold this commitment, we continue to re-evaluate aspects of our business that distract us from this goal. This evaluation process includes insurance contracts we accept. It has been our experience that rules and restrictions governing these contracts are not consistent with the care we want to continue to provide. 

After careful deliberation, we have decided on the following change: 

We are NO LONGER CONTRACTED with 

  • Priority Health insurance plans (including Priority Medicaid) as of 12/29/25. 

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Blue Cross Complete) is pending termination with an end date of 12/29/25.

  • Medicare as of 01/01/2025

What this means for our patients insured by insurance companies: We are not dismissing you as a patient! Patients who still wish to continue care with Thrive Chiropractic and Wellness Center can choose our Self-Pay option. We can provide a superbill for your acute services which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

Patients seek care with us because we provide expert, intentional, and individualized care. Thrive wants to continue to offer greater value to our thriving community. Our goal is to provide you with the care your body needs and deserves rather than the care being dictated by a 3rd party payer. We appreciate you trusting us with your healthcare needs in the past and look forward to continuing to help you for many years to come.
